SLSA

The Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) officially replaced the software Departmental Individual Standing Offers (DISO).

The SLSA is a two-phased procurement process. The first phase consists of suppliers qualifying through the SLSA Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) permanently posted on GETS. Once qualified, suppliers list their products and ceiling prices in the publicly available SLSA Catalogue. Based on the information in the Software Licensing Supply Arrangement Catalogue, the second phase consists of the approved PWGSC and Client authorities competing their requirements via Request For Quotations (RFQ), simplified Bid Solicitations or through Sole Sourcing if the mandatory justifications are met.

Only products which correspond to the categories available in Annex G – Software Categories & Descriptions of RFSA EN578-100808/D may qualify for the SLSA.

The following categories and the descriptions of software products serve as a generic guide for departments and do not form the basis of a bid solicitation. They are provided strictly for the purposes of organizing the Software Licensing Supply Arrangement.PWGSC will regularly update these categories to reflect change in technology and the software industry.
